Who can take part

  • Be age 16 to 45
  • If pregnant, be between about 14 and 35 weeks pregnant on vaccine day
  • Be healthy overall, with no pregnancy complications or major health problems judged by the study doctor
  • Agree to signed consent for you and (if pregnant) consent related to your baby
  • Attend scheduled visits and lab tests, and be reachable during the study
  • If not pregnant, use effective birth control and don’t have a positive pregnancy test
