Who can take part

  • Your child has a primary (baby) molar with a deep cavity that can be filled/restored.
  • There is no gum swelling around the tooth.
  • There is no pus pocket or “sinus tract” coming from the gum.
  • The child has no spontaneous tooth pain (pain without being touched).
  • The tooth does not hurt when tapped gently (no pain on percussion).
