Who can take part
- You were assigned male at birth and are at least 18 years old
- You have sex with men
- Your HIV test at screening shows you do not have HIV (negative 4th generation test)
- In the last month, you had condomless anal sex with men no more often than about every 2 days, and you can plan ahead
- In the last 6 months, you have at least one HIV risk factor (for example, multiple partners, an STI, sex for money/favors, binge drinking, or certain recreational drug use)
- You agree to trial check-ins every 3 months and follow study instructions
