Who can take part
- You are a teen with a restrictive eating disorder diagnosis (like anorexia nervosa or a related specified type).
- A parent/caregiver is willing to participate in the study with you.
- You receive your healthcare through MCHS (your primary care must be with this clinic system).
- You have NOT had Family-Based Treatment (FBT) before.
- You do not currently have active suicidal thoughts or plans.
- Your caregiver is not dealing with substance dependence, cannot safely/consistently engage in treatment due to mental health issues, and is not an abuser.
