- You have a break in only one wrist (one distal radius fracture).
- The fracture is the main injury—no other major injuries, and other ligament or ulna bone breaks are not allowed.
- The fracture must not be an open break (no skin-through/open wound) or a compound injury.
- You did not have ongoing problems using the same arm before this wrist fracture.
- You do not have another medical condition that affects the arm (for example Parkinson’s disease or rheumatoid arthritis).
- You can understand and agree to the study (written consent).
