Who can take part

  • You have a broken wrist (distal radius fracture) that was treated with surgery or without surgery
  • Your injury happened less than two months ago
  • You can receive and respond to emails for study questionnaires
  • You are able to participate in exercises and follow study instructions without significant cognitive or physical barriers
  • You do not have Complex Regional Pain Syndrome or other serious surgery complications
  • Your fracture was not an open/severe wound (if it was, it must have been minor)
