Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer that has spread and is resistant to hormone treatment (mCRPC), or—only in one group—you have hormone-sensitive cancer with rising PSA
- Your prostate cancer diagnosis is confirmed as the typical prostate type (adenocarcinoma), and your PSA meets required levels (details depend on the group)
- You’ve had specific prior treatments: you must have taken certain hormone-blocking medicines and sometimes chemotherapy, depending on which treatment group you’re in
- Your cancer must have measurable disease that the team can track (except in one specific part of the study)
- You can do daily activities fairly well (ECOG score 0 or 1) and your blood/organ tests are good enough for treatment
- You can’t have recent autoimmune disease requiring strong immune-suppressing medicines, and you must not have certain serious infections or major heart/lung problems
