Who can take part

  • Your prostate cancer must be confirmed by biopsy.
  • Your cancer must have spread to bones, lymph nodes, or both, but not to organs like the liver or lungs.
  • You must have already had at least two prior chemotherapy regimens (taxane-based), or if you had only one, a second one must not be available or suitable for you.
  • You must have been treated with a PSMA-targeted therapy (e.g., lutetium Lu-177 vipivotide tetraxetan), or that treatment must be unavailable, not accessible, or not suitable for you.
  • If you have a BRCA gene mutation, you must have been treated with a PARP inhibitor, or that treatment must be unavailable, not accessible, or not suitable.
  • You must meet certain blood test and organ function requirements (e.g., adequate kidney and liver function, blood cell counts).
