Who can take part
- You have confirmed glioblastoma (GBM) diagnosis from MRI plus tumor tissue testing (biopsy/pathology).
- You already had surgery to remove as much tumor as possible (gross total or subtotal removal).
- Your scans show a growing and/or new area that has become more visible on follow-up imaging, and your team is recommending another surgery (second resection).
- You may have had radiation and chemotherapy (temozolomide/TMZ) before or you may not have—either is allowed.
- You must have pre-surgery and follow-up MRI scans available for review, including standard MRI and possibly MR spectroscopy (MRS) and/or perfusion MRI.
- You cannot have had an allergic reaction to the study’s radioactive tracer (radioisotope).
