Who can take part
- You must be well enough for combined treatments (about WHO 0–2 performance status).
- Your cancer type must match one of these: melanoma, pancreatic cancer, breast cancer needing outside-the-brain palliative radiation, high-grade sarcoma, HPV-related head/neck or other squamous cancers, or prostate cancer needing a specific prostate-targeted treatment plan.
- For some cancer types, the study requires you to be starting a specific first treatment (for example immunotherapy for melanoma, FOLFIRINOX for pancreatic cancer, or platinum-based chemotherapy for HPV cancers).
- If you need radiation as part of your care, it must be outside the brain and within a planned dose range (30–36 Gy), and there must be at least one tumor spot not covered by that radiation.
- You should not have a reason you cannot safely receive both chemotherapy (if planned) and whole-body heat at the same time.
- You cannot have certain health issues that could block treatment, such as active infections, serious heart/lung problems, inflammatory bowel disease, brain metastases, or diabetes with high risk of organ damage.
