Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 40 years old
  • Have type 1 diabetes for at least 1 year
  • Have at least one sleep health area that is outside the normal range
  • Speak and understand English (the study materials/interviews are in English)
  • Your blood sugar control should be in the allowed range: A1C not under 7% and not above typical very high control, and time-in-range not below the allowed level
