Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older and weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 lb)
- Your cancer is an advanced solid tumor confirmed by lab testing (biopsy or cell sample)
- For Phase 1b: your tumor is GPC3-positive
- Standard treatments have failed, you can’t tolerate them, or there is no standard treatment for your cancer
- Your liver, blood counts, and kidneys must be working well enough for treatment
- No cancer treatment or other research drug in the last 4 weeks (with limited exceptions)
