Study of QLS31903 for advanced solid tumors

Advanced Solid Tumors

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 lb)
  • Your cancer is an advanced solid tumor confirmed by lab testing (biopsy or cell sample)
  • For Phase 1b: your tumor is GPC3-positive
  • Standard treatments have failed, you can’t tolerate them, or there is no standard treatment for your cancer
  • Your liver, blood counts, and kidneys must be working well enough for treatment
  • No cancer treatment or other research drug in the last 4 weeks (with limited exceptions)
