This study tests an investigational drug called QLM2011 for people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments or for which no standard treatment exists. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and effective.

Who can take part
- You must be 18 to 80 years old.
- You must have been diagnosed with advanced or metastatic solid tumors, and standard treatment either didn't work or is not available.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on an imaging scan.
- Your overall health should be good enough to perform daily activities (ECOG performance status of 0 or 1).
- You must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last dose, and if you are of childbearing age, you must have a negative blood pregnancy test within 7 days before starting.
- You must have no other cancer within the last 3 years, except for certain early-stage cancers like cervical carcinoma in situ, basal cell skin cancer, or papillary thyroid cancer that were treated.
- You must not have had any anticancer treatment within 4 weeks before the first dose (6 weeks for certain chemotherapies, 2 weeks for some oral drugs or herbal medicines).
