  • You’re between 18 and 80 years old
  • You have diabetes for more than 5 years
  • Your foot blood flow tests in the last 60 days are within an allowed range (TcPO2, ABI, or TBI)
  • You can use a mobile phone and live where you have reliable mobile internet signal
  • You agree to join the study and sign informed consent
  • You do not have the listed exclusions (like pregnancy, major recent amputations, severe infection, or very high A1c)
