This trial tests if a digital health education program helps people with diabetes take better care of their feet and improve their quality of life. If you have a diabetic foot wound that has been present for at least 4 weeks, this study might be for you.

Who can take part
- You have diabetes and a foot wound (graded 2-4 on the Warner scale) that has been there for at least 4 weeks.
- You are 18 years or older.
- You are not pregnant.
- You do not have a wound that needs amputation above the ankle, or that has dead tissue that can't be removed, or an untreated bone infection.
- You are not using negative pressure wound therapy now or in the past 6 weeks.
- You do not have a severe bleeding disorder or are on blood thinners that increase bleeding risk.
