Who can take part

  • You have advanced solid cancer that is getting worse despite treatment, or you can’t tolerate standard treatment, or there’s no standard option
  • You have at least one tumor spot the doctors can measure on scans (or it can be assessed for this study)
  • You are able to do daily activities fairly well (performance status 0 or 1)
  • You can share saved tumor tissue from a previous biopsy or surgery
  • Blood test and organ test results are good enough for treatment (kidneys, liver, and others per the study rules)
