Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old and can reliably follow study instructions
- You have advanced or metastatic medullary thyroid cancer that cannot be removed by surgery, and it has shown progression within the last 14 months
- Your scans show at least one measurable tumor spot
- Your overall health allows treatment: generally good performance status and expected survival over 3 months
- Your recent blood and organ test results must be within required ranges (blood counts, liver, and kidney function)
- You have not taken anlotinib or similar anti-angiogenesis pills like vandetanib, cabozantinib, or sunitinib before
