Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and can reliably follow study instructions
  • You have advanced or metastatic medullary thyroid cancer that cannot be removed by surgery, and it has shown progression within the last 14 months
  • Your scans show at least one measurable tumor spot
  • Your overall health allows treatment: generally good performance status and expected survival over 3 months
  • Your recent blood and organ test results must be within required ranges (blood counts, liver, and kidney function)
  • You have not taken anlotinib or similar anti-angiogenesis pills like vandetanib, cabozantinib, or sunitinib before
