Study of pralsetinib or anlotinib for advanced medullary thyroid cancer with RET gene changes

Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have medullary thyroid cancer (MTC) confirmed by a biopsy.
  • Your cancer must be locally advanced or have spread to other parts of the body, and you need treatment.
  • Your cancer must have gotten worse in the last 14 months.
  • You must have a change (mutation) in the RET gene found in your tumor or blood.
  • You cannot have taken pralsetinib, anlotinib, cabozantinib, or vandetanib before.
