- You are 18 to 70 years old
- You have chronic insomnia, with high scores on sleep and mood/stress questionnaires (for example, PSQI over 7)
- You do not have memory, communication, or thinking problems
- You have not used or stopped anxiety-related medicine or other “psychoactive” drugs within the last month
- You can complete questionnaires, sleep monitoring (polysomnography), and HRV (heart rhythm) testing
