Who can take part

  • You have cervical cancer confirmed by a tissue test (biopsy), and it is persistent or recurrent on CT and/or MRI.
  • You’ve had at least one prior chemotherapy treatment regimen, and your cancer progressed after it.
  • You must have measurable tumors that can be tracked on scans, with at least one “target lesion” available for response measurement.
  • You must have recent tumor tissue available (a FFPE pathology block) for TROP-2 testing.
  • Your blood counts and organ function must be adequate (bone marrow, kidneys, and liver) and your body strength is limited to ECOG 0–1.
  • You need to be at least 2 weeks past prior treatment and recovered from side effects to Grade 1 or better (with some exceptions for certain nerve issues and hair loss).
