Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and able to sign consent
- Have melanoma that has spread to only one nearby lymph node in the armpit, groin, or upper pelvis area, confirmed by biopsy
- Be well enough for surgery (performance status 0–2)
- Be willing/able to follow the study plan for the full time, including required scans
- Have scans (PET-CT plus head CT or MRI) that do not show cancer spread to other body areas
