  • Be 18 years or older and able to give written informed consent
  • Have advanced solid tumor cancer with no suitable standard treatment option (or match the specific Phase Ib cancer types)
  • Have a good enough overall condition (ECOG performance status 1 or lower)
  • Have had limited prior treatment (no more than 3 prior chemotherapy lines total for Phase Ia; Phase Ib has cancer-specific limits)
  • Recent bloodwork and organ function must meet thresholds (blood counts, liver tests, kidney function, and albumin)
