Blood test to help detect certain early pancreatic tumors

Pancreatic Neuroendocrine TumorSolid Pancreatic Neoplasms

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism clinical trials.

This study looks at a special analysis of your blood (called cfDNA fragmentomics) to help find and tell apart certain early pancreatic tumors. If you’re having surgery for one of the listed solid pancreatic tumors, this trial may use your blood samples to improve diagnosis.

NCT06166147Recruiting
Blood test for early detection of pancreatic cancer

This study is testing a new blood test to find pancreatic cancer early. It looks for tiny bits of cancer DNA floating in your blood, which could help catch the disease before symptoms start.

NCT06456281Recruiting
Blood test for early pancreatic cancer detection

This trial uses a blood test (called cfDNA) to look for early signs of pancreatic cancer. It compares results from people with pancreatic cancer, precancerous changes, non-cancerous pancreatic conditions, and healthy individuals to improve early detection.

Shanghai, Shanghai Municipality
NCT05556603Recruiting
Blood test trial to detect pancreatic cancer early

This trial studies whether a blood-based test can help detect pancreatic cancer (or strong signs of it) earlier than usual. The goal is to see how well “liquid biopsy” results match real diagnoses and risk levels.

Shanghai, Shanghai Municipality
NCT07045571Recruiting
DNA blood test for pancreatic cancer prognosis and treatment

This study tests whether a blood test that looks at DNA changes (ctDNA methylation) can help predict how pancreatic cancer will behave and guide treatment decisions. It includes people with suspected pancreatic cancer who are planning surgery or a biopsy.

Shanghai, Shanghai Municipality
NCT03334708Recruiting
Blood test study for pancreatic cancer

This study looks at blood tests to find markers that may help detect and monitor pancreatic cancer. It compares people with pancreatic cancer to those with benign pancreatic conditions and healthy volunteers.

Middletown, New Jersey
NCT05052671Recruiting
Blood test for residual cancer in resectable pancreatic cancer

This trial studies a blood test that looks for tiny traces of cancer-related DNA (called ctDNA) in people with pancreatic cancer that can be removed with surgery. The goal is to see whether this test can better predict how the cancer behaves and guide treatment decisions around surgery.
