AI study using skin scar images to predict anti-PD-1 response

Who can take part

  • You are an adult with inoperable stage III or IV melanoma, or inoperable squamous cell or basal cell skin cancer
  • Your treatment plans match either the retrospective group (you already had anti-PD-1) or the prospective group (you are starting anti-PD-1 now)
  • If in the retrospective group: you started anti-PD-1 for at least 90 days, with at least 6 months follow-up, and you are not on strong immune-suppressing medicines
  • You must have clear photographs of the main tumor/scar area for the study, and the site must be imageable
  • You must be able to sign a form allowing use of your images, and you must not be legally protected/under special legal protection
