Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and can understand and follow the study plan
- Your general health is good (a performance score of 0–1)
- You started PD-1 immunotherapy for metastatic melanoma, and it has been ongoing for at least 3 months but the cancer has grown or new spots appeared
- You can have at least one tumor spot treated with precision radiation, and you have at least one other measurable spot that is not treated
- You can continue immunotherapy after radiation (your care team says it’s safe)
