Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old, and you can do normal daily activities with only mild limits (ECOG 0–1).
- Your liver cancer diagnosis was confirmed by tissue/cell testing, or you meet major liver-cancer diagnosis guidelines.
- You finished curative treatment (surgery or a single type of ablation like RFA or MWA) 4 to 12 weeks before starting the trial, and you fully recovered by 4 weeks before randomization.
- Your scans show no spread outside the liver and no leftover or returning cancer at the start.
- Your liver blood vessel involvement must be limited (no major portal vein blockages like Vp3/Vp4, and no vascular invasion in certain large veins).
- You have not had prior treatments like anti-angiogenic drugs, PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy, or other systemic chemotherapy after your cancer treatment.
