Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 35 years old, or between 65 and 80 years old
  • Do not have coronary artery disease (blocked heart arteries)
  • Do not have heart failure
  • Be willing to follow sleep timing rules (you usually don’t go to sleep after midnight)
  • Avoid recent travel across 2+ time zones during the week of study visits
