Who can take part
- You have an advanced solid cancer confirmed by a lab test (biopsy or body fluid sample) that is no longer responding to standard treatment, or there is no standard treatment
- Your day-to-day functioning is good enough (ECOG 0–2), and you have at least 3 months to live
- You can have the required lab tests, and your results must meet the trial’s thresholds
- You have not had cancer treatment in the 4 weeks before starting the study drug
- You have no brain or meninges (covering of the brain) cancer spread, and you do not have certain serious heart/stroke problems
