Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor that has spread or come back, including high-grade serous ovarian cancer.
  • Your cancer has not responded to or has returned after all standard treatments that work, or you cannot have them.
  • You are able to take pills by mouth and your stomach and intestines work well enough to absorb the drug.
  • You do not have unstable brain metastases or active heart disease.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to have a child during the study.
