  • Be willing to sign and date an informed consent form to join the study
  • Be biological female and age 18 to 45
  • Plan to do your post-surgery rehabilitation at one of the participating physical therapy clinics
  • Not regularly use nutrition supplements (other than a multivitamin/mineral) in the 9 weeks before starting
  • Not have pregnancy, confirmed by a urine test
  • Not join another study or take an investigational (study-only) product in the past 30 days
