Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have gambling disorder symptoms that meet DSM-5 criteria for at least 12 months.
  • You can understand the study and give informed consent.
  • You do not have certain major mental health conditions that need long-term medication or hospitalization (like schizophrenia spectrum, bipolar disorder, or major depression with psychosis).
  • You do not have an active substance use disorder other than nicotine (and limited allowances for sleep-related low-dose benzodiazepines).
  • You can safely undergo brain stimulation: no serious hearing issues, certain implants/metal in the head, or a higher-than-usual seizure risk.
