Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older when you were diagnosed with MPN.
- Your diagnosis must be one of these MPN types: polycythaemia vera, essential thrombocythemia, or primary/post myelofibrosis (early or overt), or MPN-unclassifiable.
- You must be diagnosed using the 2017 World Health Organization (WHO) criteria (or your prior diagnosis will be reviewed).
- You must agree to take part by signing informed consent.
- You must not have been diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), MDS/MPN, or BCR-ABL1–positive chronic myeloid leukemia.
