Who can take part

  • You’re a menstruating woman age 18+ with mostly regular periods (cycle time between 21 and 40 days)
  • You’ve been vegan or vegetarian (no meat or fish) for at least 1 year
  • You agree to stay on a plant-based diet for the whole study
  • Your BMI is between 18.5 and 40, and you live in Belgium
  • You can and are willing to grow and eat hydroponic salad greens at home, and you have internet and a smartphone/online access
  • You don’t have known allergies to parsley, rocket, or mizuna
