Who can take part
- You’re between 25 and 70 years old
- You have moderate or severe cocaine use disorder (confirmed by study assessment)
- You must test positive for cocaine on urine or report recent cocaine use in the last 30 days
- Your basic blood tests and heart tracing (ECG) are normal enough for the study, and liver tests are not more than about 2x the upper limit
- You can follow all study steps, including behavioral testing and brain scans (fMRI)
- If you can get pregnant, you must use reliable birth control and agree to pregnancy urine tests; you also must have a BMI between 18 and 45
