Who can take part
- You (or your legal guardian) can give written consent to join the study
- You are age 16 or older
- You have confirmed head and neck squamous cell cancer or non-small cell lung cancer
- You have not had any prior anti-cancer treatment, and you are starting standard chemoradiotherapy
- You can attend all scheduled visits and undergo the study scans/tests
- Your pregnancy status is not pregnant and you are not breastfeeding
