Who can take part

  • You have had a stroke within the last year
  • You are 18 or older
  • You can read and communicate in Chinese (either Cantonese or Putonghua)
  • You can use a smartphone to send/receive text or voice messages
  • A short memory/thinking test score (MoCA 5-minute) is 14 or higher
  • Your depression score (PHQ-9) is between 5 and 19
