Who can take part
- You have glioblastoma that has first progressed or recurred after standard chemotherapy plus radiation, and this happened at least 6 months after your last radiation
- Your tumor can be measured on brain scans, and its biggest spot is 5 cm or smaller (as judged by the study team)
- Your diagnosis is confirmed by pathology as glioblastoma, IDH-wildtype (from the original or recurrence tissue sample)
- If you had surgery for the recurrence, you must have fully recovered from it and the recurrence must be confirmed by tissue testing
- You must have already had the full standard initial treatment for newly diagnosed glioblastoma, including radiation with enough sessions (at least 15) and at least one dose of temozolomide
- You’re an adult (18+) and well enough to take part (WHO performance status 0–2), and your steroid dose is stable or going down for 7 days before starting
