Who can take part
- Be age 18 or older and able to understand the study and sign consent
- Have glioblastoma confirmed by biopsy/pathology, and it must have progressed after radiation plus temozolomide
- Have a good enough daily functioning level (ECOG 0–2) and expected survival of at least 3 months
- Have blood tests within limits (enough white blood cells, platelets, and hemoglobin) without needing blood-support treatments
- Have organ function in acceptable ranges (liver and kidney test results within limits)
- Be able to have MRI scans (or have a safe way to do MRI) and not have a new/active brain bleed on CT or MRI
