Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older and able to read and speak English
- Sign and date the study consent form, and be willing to follow all study steps
- Be a caregiver living with the patient with stage IV (advanced) solid cancer for more than 6 months
- Have reliable phone or internet access to do the study activities
- Not currently participate in regular psychotherapy (talk therapy)
