  • Have hepatitis B with liver scarring (fibrosis) and be able to join this Phase 3 study protocol
  • Be willing to complete the main treatment course and attend the final study visit
  • Understand the study and sign consent, with good ability to communicate and follow study visits and rules
  • Must not have a major liver “endpoint” event happen during the Phase 3 trial period (serious progression or complications)
  • Not have other cancers (except liver cancer) with an expected survival under 1 year
