Who can take part
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of glioblastoma or brain metastasis
- Your usual MRI after the first treatment is concerning for possible progression, and you are able to plan elective (scheduled) surgery
- You can understand the study and sign informed consent
- You must be able to safely have MRI (for example, no unapproved implants and you can tolerate the scan, and you are not pregnant)
- You should not be in an emergency situation needing urgent surgery, and your age must be 18 or older
