  • You can stand by yourself without a cane, walker, or other assistive device
  • You are between 18 and 35 years old
  • In the past 6 months, you have not had concussion or vestibular (inner ear) balance problems
  • You do not have nerve-related conditions that affect your legs or foot sensation
  • You do not have major neck movement limits or significant vision problems (need corrected 20/50 or better)
