  • Your age is between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You are healthy and have no muscle, bone, nerve, heart, or blood vessel problems.
  • You can do daily activities on your own, like walking and dressing.
  • Your vision, hearing, and balance are normal (or corrected with glasses/hearing aids).
  • You can understand and follow instructions in Turkish.
  • You have not had a leg injury or surgery in the last 6 months.
