Who can take part

  • You’re between 8 and 23 years old, and at least 100 days since your allogeneic stem cell transplant
  • If you’re 8–14 years old, a caregiver can help you during the exercise sessions
  • You have a device (like a phone/tablet/computer) and reliable internet for video sessions
  • Your doctor has cleared you to participate in exercise
  • Your doctor does not see any physical reason you can’t exercise (no exercise-limiting physical problems)
  • You can participate in English during telehealth sessions (no interpreter support available)
