Who can take part

  • You are age 60 or older
  • You have blood cancer and are planning an allogeneic stem cell transplant
  • For the “prehab” group: your transplant is planned within the next 1–6 months
  • For the “rehab” group: your transplant is planned or done within the last 30 days
  • You are able to participate in safe exercise (no serious disability or illness that would block it)
  • For the “prehab” group only: you are pre-frail or frail
