Who can take part

  • You are age 21 or older
  • You can move around outdoors without needing a bed (ambulant)
  • You are not bed-bound
  • You do not have advanced dementia or serious memory decline (Stage 6 or higher)
  • You do not live in a shelter or nursing home
  • You do not have certain major uncontrolled heart rhythm, severe uncontrolled blood pressure, or severe organ disease
