Who can take part
- You can sign a consent form and are willing to follow the study plan.
- You are age 18 to 75.
- Your general functioning is good (ECOG 0 or 1—able to carry out most daily activities).
- You have confirmed stomach or stomach–esophagus junction adenocarcinoma.
- Your cancer is stage T3-4, with lymph node involvement, no distant spread (M0), and is planned to be surgically removed.
- You have “measurable” tumors on scans and your blood/organ function is adequate.
