- You are healthy enough to have a major surgery on your abdomen. Your blood, kidney, and liver function must be adequate.
- You have not had prior cancer treatment (chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, or immunotherapy) for this stomach cancer.
- You do not have active autoimmune disease or severe uncontrolled medical conditions, and you are not allergic to the study medications.
