- Your blood test shows AMH above 0.3 ng/mL
- You have an endometrioma on one or both ovaries
- Your largest endometrioma is between 40 and 100 mm
- You have had fewer than 3 failed IVF or embryo transfer attempts
- Your periods are regular (no menstrual cycle abnormalities)
- You do not have certain conditions like fibroids, hydrosalpinx, uterine abnormalities, or suspected cancer
