  • You speak English
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have at least one ovarian cyst (endometrioma) larger than 4 cm
  • You want to have surgery for the cyst
  • You do not have low ovarian reserve (AMH level less than 1.0)
  • You are not allergic to ethanol (alcohol) solutions
  • You are not pregnant
